We have tasted and selected each wine as we think it is the best, most delicious example of that grape from that place in the world. Union Viticulteurs Chablis
Classic Chablis showing citrus, bruised apple and cream flavours with a flinty undercurrent. Great with chicken, shellfish, soft cheeses and even Chinese dishes.
Azevedo Vinho Verde
A fresh, light and citrussy wine from the Vinho Verde region in north-west Portugal. This works well with salads, fish and tapas.
Cedric Bardin Sancerre
Typical Sancerre with notes of grapefruit and elderflower awith a steely, mineral finish. Great with fish and soft cheeses particularly goat. Also remarkably good with Indian curry.
Terras Gauda O Rosal Albarino
A zesty, mineral white that blends Albarino, Loureira and Canaio Blanco grapes from the O Rosal district of Galicia. Excellent with fish, chicken and paella.
Giustiniana Gavi Lugarara
If you like Chablis then you will probably like Gavi. This wine is dry and crisp with aromas of apple and herbs. Shows lovely freshness and will work well with creamy pasta. Also good with fish and salads.
